We accept Venmo (@PoeticBasketDesign), Credit Cards on the website and in person, and cash upon pick-up and delivery.

We do not accept returns, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your basket we will work with you to make it right! Our priority is your satisfaction. We are in the business of spreading joy and if your basket didn't do that, we want to know! Please reach out: EMAIL HERE

YES! We charge a flat $15 shipping rate for the New England Area (MA, ME, NH, RI, VT, CT) and $20 flat rate for all other U.S. states. We also offer free Peabody Pick Up or Delivery at checkout as well as delivery within an 8 mile radius of Peabody for a $15 fee. Deliveries are made Friday-Sunday unless specific day/time is requested.

I love sourcing new products and creating new baskets and poems as special as the person receiving them.  I can have most requested items basket ready within 7 days.  

Baskets filled with in stock items (not personalized) can typically be ready 1-3 days after initial order/correspondence.

Special request items and personalized items can typically take 5-7 days after initial order/correspondence.

I do my best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and will work to make most requested pick-up/shipping dates possible.

Yes, Yes, Yes! I do my best to find as many products as possible that support our mission, but there are only so many hours in a day.  Do you know someone making handmade Loofahs? How about tumbler stickers? I'd love to connect and work with any woman out there creating and hustling. Finding new, amazing products and supporting local women-owned businesses is kind of our thing, so send them our way.

Yes! The poems listed are just examples. While some elements  stay the same, depending on the occasion, each poem is personalized with  any details given. Every poem is unique and personal.
